Many Finance organizations today want to transform their departments or enterprises.  But transformation means different things to different people.

It can mean using a new application to streamline financial planning and reporting to allow time for more strategic work. It can also mean realigning the Finance organization to better meet the organization’s needs.

Being in the business, we’re always hearing about Finance transformation and how people are trying to make changes to the Finance function within their own organizations. That’s why we decided to do this webinar.

Andre Lafayette

I'm Andre Lafayette, Sr. Director of Strategic Marketing at Host Analytics. My career started in accounting, finance at companies ranging from a small Silicon Valley startup, Pillar Corporation, to a large CPG company, Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream. I used a wide range of systems, and did it all, from tagging fixed assets and implementing accounting software to closing the books and generating final board packages. My analytical and financial backgrounds have served me well in my career. After a long run in marketing at CPG companies, my career has come full circle. My path back to finance and accounting started with a move to Intuit, where I worked in a division dedicated to improving the lives of accounting professionals. I currently market to professionals doing what I used to do in corporate accounting and finance. One of my goals is to help them see the shortcomings of Oracle Hyperion and get them to move to cloud-based EPM.
